Wellness with appropriate boundaries

Health & fitness guidance

Our education and coaching support everyday wellness. They do not replace professional healthcare.

General education, not medical care

Content is for general education and wellness purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Participants should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns and before starting practices that may not be suitable for them. Practices should be adapted to individual ability and stopped if they cause discomfort or distress.

Do not stop medication, delay medical assessment or replace clinician-directed treatment because of content, coaching or resources on this website. No disease cure, reversal or guaranteed medical outcome is promised.

Movement & traditional practices

Practices should be adapted to individual ability. Beginners may need instruction, modifications or professional assessment. No single exercise program is suitable for everyone. Traditional cleansing practices and breathwork may not be appropriate for every participant; seek qualified guidance before attempting unfamiliar or intensive techniques.

Complementary approaches

NLP, Law of Attraction, Ho’oponopono and EFT are presented proportionately as coaching, personal-development, reflective or complementary self-care approaches. They are not established medical treatments or guaranteed ways to heal disease or trauma, and are not substitutes for mental-health care.

Nutrition education & individual needs

Nutrition and natural-living content is general lifestyle education. For medical dietary requirements, persistent symptoms or individual clinical concerns, consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Assessments, videos & downloaded guides

Self-assessments are educational reflection tools, not clinical tests or diagnoses. Previously shared videos and guides should be read within the same wellness boundaries. Individual experiences are not guarantees of outcomes.
