Discovery call enquiries
The form asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp number and optional preferred time to call. Your consent is requested before submission. These details are sent through Formspree to enable YogFit Wellness Academy to respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call. Please do not include sensitive health records.
Third-party services
Formspree processes contact form submissions. The optional assessment opens on Google Forms. Videos load from YouTube only when you choose to load them. These services process information under their own privacy policies. Links to MyBreathSchool, Prime Fitness & Yoga Studio and WhatsApp open external services.
Free guides
The PDF guides can be opened or downloaded without filling in the enquiry form. No email address is requested for these downloads.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form and contact us by email instead. To ask about your enquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further contact, email YogFit Wellness Academy. Third-party services may retain information under their own terms.
